These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeli ("jeli", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jeli website at jeli.bar, including all games, betting markets, account services, payment processing, bonus programmes, and any other services made available through the platform (collectively, "the Services"). All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause. jeli maintains the integrity of its platform for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balances — including real money balances — may be voided at jeli's discretion where the balances are linked to the prohibited conduct.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jeli platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jeli content without jeli's prior written consent. All game content displayed on the jeli platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Netent) and is subject to each provider's own intellectual property rights.

jeli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances. Where an account is closed due to prohibited conduct, jeli may withhold the account balance to the extent that it relates to the prohibited activity. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law and applicable consumer protection standards. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jeli platform that cannot be resolved through jeli's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
